Erdem Erginel holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Southampton and an LLM from University College London, as well as a BA in Economics and History from Amherst College in the USA. He also holds certificates in law from Harvard Law School and the American University in Washington DC.
Erdem Erginel is a registered advocate in the bars of both Northern Cyprus and the Republic of Cyprus.
Erdem has wide experience in applications to the Immovable Property Commission, wills and estates, immovable property matters as well as intellectual property issues. He also has a background in residency and citizenship applications on both sides of Cyprus.
Erdem Erginel is fluent in Turkish and English, and speaks French, German and conversational Greek.
Erdem is currently on sabbatical.
