She graduated from the prestigious Ankara University’s Faculty of Law in 1974 and returned to Cyprus where she became one of the first female lawyers in North Cyprus. She has over 45 years of experience practising law throughout North Cyprus. She is a member of the Cyprus Turkish Bar Association and the Kyrenia District Bar Association.
Peyman Erginel has advised on numerous property disputes as well as conveyancing matters since 1975, and with the establishment of the Immovable Property Commission, she has been representing her clients at the hearings held before the Commission as well.

She is fluent in Turkish and English.
She has contributed to the legal profession in North Cyprus by training several advocates who are now successful in their professions. In addition, Peyman Erginel has been carrying out pro bono and charitable services since 1978 and is proudly continuing to do so.
